EMPOWERMENT is not only deal of independent or equality in term of economic, education, training, skill, health, employment, position, freedom, class & social security etc. It especially and mainly deals of equity in #SOCIALIZATION and for #POWER_SHARING in term of social and politics. Shortly, its about political power sharing indeed.
